3. Signed Copies

All signed book sales are final.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

5. Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

• Carrier delays
• Weather delays
• Delivery interruptions
• Lost packages after confirmed delivery
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Packages returned due to customer error
• Failure to retrieve packages from the carrier or delivery location

If a shipment appears lost or delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with tracking or locating the package.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

All sales of digital products are final.

7. Free Consultation Calls

Because these consultations are provided at no charge, no refunds, credits, or compensation are available for missed, canceled, or rescheduled appointments.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule an appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled meeting time using the rescheduling link provided in your confirmation email.

Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the appointment may not be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time using the cancellation link provided in your confirmation email.

Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be processed through the scheduling system.

Missed Appointments

If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice, From Lease to Legacy reserves the right to decline future complimentary consultations or require additional screening before allowing another appointment to be scheduled.

Participation in a free consultation does not create a client relationship, real estate agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, lending relationship, legal relationship, financial advisory relationship, or other professional relationship unless separately agreed to in writing.

8. Paid Services, If Offered

If From Lease to Legacy offers paid services in the future, refund terms for those services may vary and will be provided at or before the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, paid services may be non-refundable once purchased, scheduled, accessed, delivered, or begun.

9. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Products purchased during promotions, discounts, special events, pre-orders, bundles, or limited-time offers are subject to this Refund Policy unless otherwise stated in writing.

Promotional pricing does not create a right to a refund, exchange, price adjustment, or credit.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact From Lease to Legacy first regarding any concerns, errors, or issues with a purchase before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized, false, or fraudulent chargebacks may be challenged using available order records, payment confirmations, delivery confirmations, communications, and transaction documentation.
